Mochi Health is seeking a Data Analyst, Growth to join their team. This role will partner closely with marketing to understand performance, improve spend allocation, and identify growth drivers. The ideal candidate will be business-minded, enjoy turning data into actionable insights, and have ownership over growth strategies. This is a high-impact role for someone who likes turning messy data into clear bets and better decisions, blending analytics, experimentation, and business judgment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics/Applied Math, Engineering)
1+ years of experience working with growth, marketing, product, or business data
Strong SQL and Python skills, with a habit of writing clean and maintainable work
Comfortable analyzing performance across channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok
Experienced building dashboards and analytical tools
Curious, self-directed, and drawn to high-leverage problems
Clear communicator who can explain findings and influence decisions across technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

Own growth analytics end to end, from data modeling to insight generation to stakeholder action
Build and improve attribution models (MMM, MTA, or hybrid approaches) to better understand true channel ROI
Design and analyze experiments across creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and incentive programs
Automate reporting and funnel analysis using SQL and Python
Partner with marketing to improve targeting, bidding, and budget allocation
Segment audiences using clustering, lookalike modeling, or other analytical approaches to improve CAC and LTV
Build internal tools that make campaign analysis, forecasting, and planning faster, clearer, and more useful
