Budget Blinds of Boise is seeking a Growth & Community Manager who is a blend of marketer, networker, community ambassador, and business developer. This role is crucial for driving the company's future growth by building relationships with builders, interior designers, realtors, remodelers, and community leaders. The position involves creating marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and representing Budget Blinds throughout the Treasure Valley to establish it as the most recognized and trusted name in custom window coverings. The ideal candidate is passionate about meeting people, creative thinking, building partnerships, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

Build strategic referral partnerships throughout the Treasure Valley.
Represent Budget Blinds at networking events, home shows, and community organizations.
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Strengthen our brand throughout the community.
Support Sales Consultants with referral and connector strategies.
Track marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities.
