About The Position

We are seeking a Community Growth Manager to centralize and manage our performance marketing efforts. This role requires an individual who can execute campaigns, understand strategic planning for seasonal events, and deeply connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the emotional and practical aspects of sending money home, identifying key influencers and trusted sources within immigrant communities. The primary competition to address is the displacement of in-person money transfer behaviors, not solely other fintech providers. This position is open to more junior profiles, but the role is at a manager level.

Requirements

  • Experience executing performance marketing campaigns with measurable acquisition goals.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, digital channels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Experience working within lean, fast-moving environments where agility and adaptability are critical.
  • Understanding that the primary competitive challenge is not only other fintech providers, but also entrenched in-person money transfer behaviors.

Nice To Haves

  • Immigrant background or deep understanding of remittance culture.
  • Familiarity with immigrant communities and remittance patterns is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute performance marketing campaigns with measurable acquisition goals.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget centrally.
  • Develop and implement strategic campaigns for key events (e.g., Father's Day, back-to-school, seasonal campaigns).
  • Identify target audience media consumption, following, and trusted sources.
  • Understand the emotional and practical significance of sending money home.
  • Frame competition beyond just other fintech providers, focusing on displacing in-person money transfer behaviors.
