About The Position

This is not a traditional marketing job. The Growth & Community Manager is responsible for driving the future growth of the company by building relationships with builders, interior designers, realtors, remodelers, and community leaders. The role involves creating marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, representing Budget Blinds throughout the Treasure Valley, and helping the company become the most recognized and trusted name in custom window coverings. It's an opportunity for someone who loves meeting people, thinking creatively, building partnerships, and making things happen.

Responsibilities

Build strategic referral partnerships throughout the Treasure Valley.
Represent Budget Blinds at networking events, home shows, and community organizations.
Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns.
Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
Strengthen our brand throughout the community.
Support Sales Consultants with referral and connector strategies.
Track marketing performance and identify new growth opportunities.
