About The Position

BODY20 Summerlin is looking for an energetic Community Growth Specialist to help introduce their revolutionary EMS fitness technology to the Las Vegas community. This role involves representing BODY20 at community events, building relationships with local businesses, introducing prospective members to the studio, and converting community relationships into long-term members. The specialist will work closely with the studio leadership team to grow membership and occasionally assist inside the studio with tours and member experience. The company emphasizes that personality, energy, and work ethic are more important than sales experience.

Responsibilities

Represent BODY20 at community events, health fairs, business expos, and local networking events.
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
Introduce prospective members to our studio and schedule introductory sessions.
Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email.
Help convert community relationships into long-term members.
Work closely with our studio leadership team to grow membership.
Occasionally assist inside the studio with tours and member experience.
