Growth Associate

Snowplow,
Hybrid

About The Position

Snowplow is seeking a Growth Associate, an AI-native company at the forefront of internal use of AI, including GTM Engineering and Applied AI functions. This is a Growth role for someone early in their career who wants to have commercial impact, where the work you do every day visibly accelerates the company's growth. Reporting to our Director of Growth, you'll build pipeline using an AI-native GTM playbook that's reshaping how every company sells, and get real exposure to how enterprise software is bought and sold. It's real commercial work from day one. You won't be hammering the phones or hand-building prospect lists; the heavy lifting of outbound is automated, and you add the human element on top: personalizing the messaging that matters, following up with warm prospects while their interest is fresh, and testing what resonates with different audiences. You'll work from prepared priority lists with clear direction on who to go after, and you'll be measured on meetings booked and opportunities created. This role is for someone who wants to be close to the deal, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sellers rather than a step removed from them. You don't need a background in data or SaaS, but you need to be commercially sharp, hungry enough to go after it every single day, and willing to put in the work to learn a technical product sold to technical buyers.

Requirements

  • Early in career with a desire to move quickly.
  • Track record of performing at a high level and motivation by commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people, get energy from working a room, and prefer conversations over sending emails.
  • Enthusiasm for embracing new technology and working with modern, AI-assisted outbound tooling.
  • Strong writing skills for specific outreach, clear follow-up, and avoiding generic messages.
  • Self-starter who can follow direction, get on with tasks, and bring back learnings.
  • Organized with the ability to run multiple threads simultaneously, track activity, and close loops without being chased.
  • Curiosity about data and technology, engaging seriously with the product and its importance to customers.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and hold credible conversations with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competitive nature, viewing rejection as information, and treating every interaction as a learning opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage email campaigns, keep every reply moving toward a meeting, and be accountable for what your sequences produce.
  • Evaluate target companies and their buying committees, and write the personal notes that turn an automated sequence into a message a real prospect answers.
  • Manage demo requests, content engagement, webinar and event contacts, ensuring nothing goes cold on your watch. Work each one until it becomes a meeting or a clear no.
  • Ensure each meeting booked goes to an Account Executive with the context they need to walk in prepared.
  • Develop enough product and technical knowledge to hold credible conversations with data engineers, analytics leads, and Chief Data Officers, understanding how modern data stacks work at a level where you can ask the right questions and know what the answers mean.
  • Run experiments on messaging, targeting, and channels, documenting findings and bringing learnings back to the team.
  • Work closely with Account Executives, sitting close enough to live deals to see how enterprise software moves from first contact to signature.
  • Attend events where senior buyers are present, such as roundtables, dinners, and data leadership series, and own the follow-up that turns a conversation into a booked meeting.
