Standard Fleet is seeking an AI-native Growth Associate to join their team and help build the revenue engine for their next phase of growth. This role will work alongside the Head of Sales to capture revenue opportunities. The position involves owning strategic existing customer accounts, driving growth initiatives for self-serve onboarding, and building lightweight systems (RevOps, CRM, workflows) to maintain team efficiency. It's a hands-on role with significant ownership, requiring the individual to build email campaigns, CRM workflows, AI-assisted outbound sequences, and lightweight automations, as well as work on expansion deals with existing customers. The ideal candidate is analytically minded, entrepreneurial, and eager to be directly involved in revenue generation.
