About The Position

Listen Labs is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours — not months. We help customers analyze conversations, surface themes, and make faster, smarter product decisions. This role is a career-defining opportunity to work directly with the Head of Growth to scale Listen Labs from $XX to $XXX ARR. The ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, analytical, and excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup. This role requires a willingness to take on any task that helps move the company forward.

Requirements

  • Min. 1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups, or related fields.
  • Highly proactive and resourceful; figures things out quickly and isn’t afraid to jump into unfamiliar problems.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, but also creative and willing to test unconventional ideas.
  • Excited to learn fast in an environment with high ownership and high expectations.
  • Moves quickly, communicates clearly, and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Cares deeply about quality and execution, even on small details.
  • Curious about startups, technology, AI, and growth.
  • Energized by the idea of helping build the growth engine for a company defining a new category.

Responsibilities

  • Help launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound.
  • Support rapid testing initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels to identify what drives pipeline.
  • Assist with planning and executing conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline.
  • Track campaign performance, build reports, analyze funnel data, and help improve how we measure growth.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and founders on high-priority initiatives across the company.
