About The Position

At Thatch, we’re building a new way for modern businesses to offer great health benefits. We’re taking a unique approach in a legacy space, with backing from some of the world’s top investors (a16z, Index Ventures, Google Ventures, General Catalyst) and a team of top performers from companies like Stripe, Rippling, Ramp, Brex, and Shopify. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our team and help accelerate our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and eager to experiment with new strategies to drive demand, engagement, and conversion. As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll play a vital role in optimizing our acquisition funnel, running paid/unpaid campaigns, and driving performance across various channels. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and demand gen to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and contribute to revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional, fully remote role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous experimentation and improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics.
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health benefits, insurance, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup.

Responsibilities

  • Support Growth Initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Analyze Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Content & Messaging: Help develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  • Test & Iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
