We are seeking a dynamic Growth & Event Marketing Manager to join the global Growth Marketing team to support our US market expansion. This role is for a versatile marketer who enjoys both digital campaign strategy and live event execution. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, this "full-stack" marketer will manage sophisticated digital campaigns and execute physical experiences. The role sits at the intersection of Demand Generation and Event Marketing, responsible for building pipeline through global omni-channel digital strategies and managing our US event presence, including our annual flagship event, SievoFriends, Chicago, as well as mini-events and industry tradeshows.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated successful background and experience in managing both digital demand generation and physical events.
  • Experience building effective marketing campaigns and mapping the full digital customer journey.
  • Strong project management skills with experience running large-scale conferences and intimate events, including logistics, themes, and pre/post marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and a deep understanding of lead-scoring models and pipeline math.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a "get things done" attitude, comfortable working in a high-growth environment as both strategist and executor.
  • Ability to create compelling campaign narratives and event themes that resonate with ICPs and audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional work within and outside the marketing organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch.
  • Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, social, and webinars, thematically connecting to events.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to refine campaign themes, landing pages, and ad copy, ensuring a seamless lead-to-MQL journey.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, focusing on the path from lead to first meeting and beyond, with an emphasis on lead-to-revenue conversion metrics.
  • Lead the planning and execution of our annual flagship US event, SievoFriends, Chicago, ensuring value for prospects and clients.
  • Design and host "mini-events," such as executive roundtables and VIP dinners, for high-touch engagement with key prospects and customers.
  • Manage end-to-end presence at US industry tradeshows, including booth logistics, pre-event promotion, and post-event lead follow-up, focusing on pipeline creation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to US Sales and Customer Success teams, providing event-driven opportunities and tools to support deal closure.
