Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong focus on Account Management, Customer Growth, or Land & Expand models.
  • Proven success managing and expanding high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Command of the Message.
  • Experience navigating complex organisations and engaging multiple stakeholders at executive level.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Highly collaborative approach, working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Solutions teams.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in both hybrid and fully remote environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own expansion revenue across your enterprise portfolio through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic account growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, product utilisation, and long-term customer value.
  • Grow relationships across departments, subsidiaries, and global business units.
  • Introduce new products, premium capabilities, and advanced use cases aligned with customer priorities.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and business leaders.
  • Position Magnific as a long-term strategic partner within customer organisations.
  • Apply enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to manage complex expansion opportunities.
  • Navigate multi-threaded environments, build internal champions, and remove commercial blockers.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to drive customer growth.
  • Use product adoption signals, business outcomes, and ROI analysis to support expansion conversations.
  • Lead complex enterprise negotiations including pricing discussions, contract amendments, procurement workflows, and legal coordination.
  • Manage the full commercial lifecycle for account expansions and renewals.
