About The Position

The Account Growth Executive will own a portfolio of existing clients, driving expansion into larger engagements. This role involves converting partner introductions into winnable opportunities, leading client conversations to uncover business challenges, and translating requests into structured scopes of work with internal team support. The executive will also bring in technical and delivery stakeholders as needed, drive alignment across client stakeholders (finance, operations, technology), and position and close ongoing services as part of broader engagements. Additionally, the role includes generating selective pipeline through partner relationships and targeted outreach, with readiness and ability to travel.

Requirements

  • Experience selling undefined or evolving scope work in consulting or services firms
  • Demonstrated ability to expand accounts beyond initial engagements
  • Experience working with partner-driven opportunities
  • Ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with technical or delivery teams during the sales process
  • Must reside in territory of CO, NV, UT or the Pacific NW
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
