About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Group Supervisor at Pearl Haven in Haleiwa, HI. Pearl Haven is a specialized facility on the north shore of Oahu that provides trauma-informed therapeutic services for girls ages 11-17 who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with serious emotional and behavioral disturbances to try and help them heal from their trauma. After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age.
Able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Empathetic, patient and have a desire to work with troubled teens.

Responsibilities

Exercise direct control and direction over staff including Day and Night Youth Care Workers, as assigned.
Ensure the safety, care and around-the-clock supervision of students in the program.
Ensure that Pearl Haven programs are being implemented in accordance with Pearl Haven policies and procedures as well as Federal, State and local licensing requirements.
