Requirements

  • Prior B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating new business.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Insurance license is required or willingness to obtain one(we provide guidance).

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to evaluate their employee benefits needs.
  • Present customized group health insurance and ancillary benefits solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth implementation and onboarding process.
  • Stay current on employee benefits products, market trends, and carrier offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
