The Westin Dallas Park Central is looking for our next great team member to join us on our Rooms Department team to fill the position of Group Rooms Coordinator.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Good judgement
• Proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management
• 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Able to work with Minimum supervisor

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Marriott Brand systems a plus
• Pride in organizational and time management skills
• Looking for some flexibility in a job

Responsibilities

• Administer the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure.
• Verification of reservations, online bookings and rooming lists.
• Provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel and the commercial team ensuring all operational details are met.
