About The Position

We’re seeking a Group Product Manager to lead claim submission strategy and execution for athenaCollector. This role owns the product roadmap for claim submission workflows and infrastructure that support hundreds of thousands of claims per day, ensuring the platform scales for future growth while improving outcomes for operations teams and customers. You’ll lead a small team of product managers and act as the domain expert shaping strategy across product, engineering, UX, analytics, operations, and client-facing partners. This is a high-impact leadership role on the athenaCollector RCM product team. You’ll help redesign and modernize core medical billing and claim submission workflows so practices can capture charges, submit clean claims efficiently, and reduce administrative burden. Your work will directly influence claim acceptance rates, speed to payment, operational efficiency, and the overall client experience. This role sits at the center of athenaCollector’s claim submission strategy. By improving scale, reliability, and operational efficiency, you’ll help ensure practices can submit claims cleanly and get paid faster while supporting athenahealth’s long-term growth.
