TRM Labs is hiring a Group Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for its Onchain Compliance products, serving financial institutions, fintechs, crypto businesses, and regulators. This is a player-coach role: the Group Product Manager will lead and develop the Product Managers responsible for the portfolio while personally driving its most important initiatives. The role is accountable for what the team ships and for the caliber of its product managers, with outcomes measured through adoption, retention, and ARR. The Group Product Manager will hire, coach, and develop PMs; set direction and priorities across the portfolio; define success and failure with meaningful metrics; and take hands-on ownership of critical initiatives, including prototyping, building AI agents, and shipping alongside the team. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, joining strategic deals, translating customer insights into roadmap opportunities, reporting portfolio performance and risks to leadership, and unblocking PMs before projects fail. TRM is a distributed-first, high-velocity company working at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The R&D team typically participates in work weeks at a TRM hub or designated location 1–2 times per quarter. Work weeks may be scheduled with as little as 14 days’ notice, and some roles may require additional travel. TRM coordinates and covers approved travel, lodging, and workspace. Accommodations are available for legitimate caregiving, health, immigration, and similar needs. The US base salary range is $230,000–$245,000. Individual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location; pay may differ for geographies outside the United States. The role may also be eligible to participate in TRM’s equity plan.
