About The Position

Snap Inc. is a technology company focused on using the camera to help people express themselves, live in the moment, learn about the world, and have fun together. Its products include Snapchat, Specs Inc., Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services. The Product Marketing team uses creativity, market research, and insights to shape product roadmaps and develop go-to-market strategies. The Group Product Marketing Manager will join the Brand Product Marketing team at Snap Ads. The team’s mission is to make Snapchat a must-buy for brand advertisers by expanding video solutions across Snapchat surfaces—including Chat, Spotlight, Stories, and Map—and marketing the full Brand product portfolio. The role will help brands and agencies understand Snapchat’s value for reaching its community amid an evolving social and connected-TV (CTV) video landscape. The position owns go-to-market strategy for Snap video solutions and develops positioning, narratives, sales activation, and enablement for the Brand portfolio. It represents advertiser perspectives in product strategy and roadmap discussions, tracks performance and communicates results to senior leadership, and establishes feedback loops among advertisers, sales, and product teams. The role also requires a current understanding of social and CTV video markets and competitive offerings, as well as leadership in scaling marketing programs and adopting AI to automate manual workflows. Snap follows a “default together” approach, expecting team members to work in an office four or more days per week. The role is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. U.S. annual base salary ranges are $190,000–$284,000 in Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), $181,000–$270,000 in Zone B, and $162,000–$241,000 in Zone C. Starting pay depends on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions and may be negotiable within the applicable range.
