Google•San Jose, CA
•$240,000 - $333,000

About The Position

Work AI, part of Dev AI, aims to address how the product development lifecycle has become a bottleneck as AI makes software development faster. The role directs product for PDLC Tooling: agentic tools used by Google's designers, product managers, and UX researchers to decide what to build and how it should work. The tools aim to make evidence easier to use, enable exploration of alternatives, preserve design intent, and help teams select the best solution rather than the first workable one. The role builds on internal tools that support designing and prototyping directly on production code and collaborative canvases for high-fidelity prototyping and feedback. The mandate is to scale this work across Google, unite partner efforts across Core, Search, and DeepMind into a coherent experience, and extend the tools across UX, PM, and research workflows. The Group Product Manager sets strategy and roadmap, leads a team of product managers, and personally owns zero-to-one initiatives.
