About The Position

The Group Leader provides direct daily guidance to 10–20 associates regarding day-to-day operations. The role ensures department associates follow cGMP and quality standards, work instructions, standard operating procedures, and batch records. The hourly pay range is $20.49–$30.21; final pay depends on factors including experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package. Employment is at-will, and either the employee or Fresenius Kabi may end the employment relationship at any time, subject to applicable law.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day direction to 10–20 associates.
Coordinate scheduling and cleaning with other departments and the direct manager.
Complete documentation in a timely manner and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
Initiate work orders to maintain equipment and facilities.
Conduct operations safely and in compliance with applicable requirements.
Train new and existing employees on their responsibilities and provide ongoing training on SOP changes.
Maintain training compliance for associates in the area of responsibility.
Coordinate finished-goods, cleaning, and hold-time sampling and delivery to the laboratory.
Communicate potential issues affecting scheduling and production to the supervisor early.
Coordinate routine cleaning of weighing, compounding, filling, and associated areas.
Collect and track production data daily.
Identify, coordinate, and complete continuous-improvement projects in the area of responsibility.
Complete SAP transactions.
Assist with investigations for the area of responsibility.
Reconcile and review batch records.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by the manager.
