About The Position

Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time school-age driver/group lead teacher to join their team. This role involves teaching young children and shaping their future. The position offers a dynamic split shift during the academic year and full-day shifts from Monday to Friday during the summer. Requirements

• At least 23 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
