About The Position

Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking a passionate, qualified full-time school-age driver/group lead teacher to join their community with Excel Creative Early Learning. This dynamic position offers varied hours: full-time during the summer and a split shift during the academic year. The role involves teaching young children and shaping their future. ELA emphasizes a supportive, family-like team culture and opportunities for career growth within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 23 years old.
• Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Completion of the Basic School Age Care Course or willingness to complete it upon hire.
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
• Experience teaching young children.
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive school-age children.
• Lead and teach young children.
• Support the growth of children.
• Meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
