About The Position

Early Learning Academies (ELA) is seeking a passionate and qualified School Age Driver/Group Lead Teacher to join their team. This role is for individuals who see teaching young children as more than a job and are looking to grow their careers while making a difference. The ideal candidate will be 23 years or older, possess a current driver's license with a clean driving record, and have previous experience with school-age children. ELA will support the chosen candidate in completing the BSAC (Basic School Age Care Course) upon hire.

Requirements

• 23 years or older
• Current driver's license
• Clean driving record
• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with school age children
• Completion of BSAC (Basic School Age Care Course)

Responsibilities

• Drive school-aged children.

• Meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
