Group Lead Teacher/Driver
About The Position
At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking a passionate and qualified full-time school-age driver/group lead teacher to join our Excel Creative Early Learning community. This role is ideal for individuals who see teaching young children as more than a job and are dedicated to shaping the future. We offer a supportive environment where educators can grow their careers while making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. The position offers a 12-6 pm shift during the academic year and a 9-6 shift during the summer, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We also provide support for completing the required BSAC (Basic School Age Care) course upon hire.
Requirements
- Must be 23 years of age or older.
- Possess a current driver's license with a clear driving record.
- At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED.
- EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it).
- Experience teaching young children.
- A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth.
- Completion of the BSAC (Basic School Age Care) course or a willingness to complete it upon hire.
Responsibilities

- Meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements.
