About The Position

Royal Crown Homes LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Supervisor to lead its residential care team at three residential sites in Burnsville, Minnesota. The role combines supervision of direct care staff with direct care responsibilities and supports residents’ health, safety, well-being, and individualized needs. The supervisor works with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals and ensures that residential operations comply with Minnesota regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. The position reports directly to the Executive Program Manager and participates in an alternating on-call rotation.

Requirements

Prior experience in a residential care, group home, or human services setting.
Knowledge of Minnesota DHS regulations and residential licensing standards.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
A compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support direct care staff in day-to-day residential operations.
Oversee the health, safety, and well-being of group home residents.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care and support plans.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Communicate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and resident records.
Divide direct care and supervisory responsibilities.
Participate in an alternating on-call rotation.
