About The Position

The organization is dedicated to creating positive and inclusive home environments where individuals can thrive. CHCNJ is looking for an Assistant Manager for its White Twp. (Belvidere) NJ Group Home. This role involves providing encouraging support to the individuals served, assisting them with daily life challenges, and offering leadership and support to the program's staff under the supervision of the Program Manager.
Requirements
- 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record
- Previous Experience in the Field
- Prior experience working with people with developmental disabilities in a community-based residential setting.

- A college degree will be preferred.
Responsibilities
