About The Position

Group Facilitator is to provide group therapy sessions for agency clients. Group facilitators help guide and direct client during sessions. Group notes support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals. The Group Facilitator maintains open communication lines with facility staff, attending clinicians and physicians, patients and families. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the organization and its overall success. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills.
