Group Exercise Instructor-Bootcamp/HIIT
About The Position
EXOS is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead fitness classes. The instructor should be enthusiastic about group exercise and enjoy creating and delivering fresh, innovative routines. They should arrive on time with a positive attitude and a passion for motivating others, and be a professional, collaborative, and flexible leader both in and out of the studio. Compensation ranges from $20 to $125 per unit. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay depends on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, work experience, and other business needs. Requirements
- At least one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes.
- Current nationally accredited group exercise certification, such as AFAA, ACE, ACSM, or NETA, if necessary.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
Nice To Haves
- Training and licensure in the specific format for instructors teaching licensed or branded formats, such as Zumba or Yoga.
- First Aid certification is strongly desired.
