About The Position

The Group Director, Programmatic Solutions will lead a high-performing team delivering programmatic and advanced digital solutions across a broad portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client remits, identifying cross-channel opportunities, and representing the solutions team in new business and senior client conversations. This is a highly commercial, client-facing leadership role that requires deep programmatic expertise, strong presentation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead and develop a team.

Requirements

  • Strong background in programmatic media and digital solutions.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing senior direct reports.
  • Significant client-facing and presentation experience.
  • Experience supporting or leading new business pitches.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to speak confidently about DSPs and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across agency or solutions-led environments.
  • Exposure to omnichannel planning and activation.
  • Experience working across display, video, CTV, social, and commerce.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Programmatic Solutions team across a broad client portfolio, ensuring delivery of high-quality campaign and solution work.
  • Oversee and develop a team of Associate Directors, providing coaching, direction, and support.
  • Evaluate client briefs and budgets from planning teams and identify opportunities for cross-channel solutions.
  • Drive incremental revenue by expanding existing client relationships and introducing new products and capabilities.
  • Support new business pitches and represent the Solutions team with confidence and credibility.
  • Build and deliver presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, including new business decks and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and senior client presentations.
  • Work closely with planning leads, performance teams, and activation teams to solve client challenges.
  • Ensure strong client satisfaction through proactive account leadership and strategic solutions.
  • Help grow the solutions pipeline across existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay close to the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, display, video, CTV, advanced social, and commerce.
