Groundskeeper - Trails at Summer Creek
About The Position
The Groundskeeper works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to help ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards. The role is responsible for cleanliness and curb appeal across the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. The Groundskeeper also assists with preparing vacant apartments for move-in and completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. The position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule and responding to after-hours maintenance emergencies when requested. The role offers the opportunity to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, with potential career growth into a Maintenance Technician role.

Responsibilities
