About The Position

CONAM Management is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper for Coaling Station B in Coalinga, California. The position is responsible for maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other community buildings at a multi-family residential apartment community. The Groundskeeper helps maintain a clean and attractive environment for residents and supports minor service requests and apartment turns. The pay range is $17.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of grounds experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, and assist during the turn process.
Inspect the community throughout the day, remove debris, and keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter, including lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and other common interior areas.
Remove debris and remaining items from vacant units before the make-ready process, transfer trash to the dumpster or storage area as applicable, and clean and maintain storage areas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
