About The Position

Beztak is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the physical condition of a property's common areas and grounds and install plant material on community grounds. The role also assists the service team with requests and helps ensure they are handled promptly. The position requires compliance with company safety policies and the ability and willingness to drive a company or personal vehicle for work-related duties.

The role involves working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with customers and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and using effective interpersonal skills. Candidates should have strong initiative and time-management skills and be able to work flexible scheduled hours when needed. A high school diploma is preferred.

Work is regularly outdoors in varying weather, with possible exposure to extreme temperatures, rain, dust, pollen, debris, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate to loud noise. Work may also involve confined spaces, heights, limited ventilation, or periods inside a vehicle. Personal protective equipment may be required. Physical duties include reaching overhead, working in varied positions, climbing stairs, and lifting, pulling, and pushing materials and equipment, including frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
