About The Position

A Groundskeeper works with the District Manager and store teams to maintain the upkeep and appearance of West Coast Self-Storage properties according to clean and operational standards. The role includes landscaping and maintenance duties across multiple properties to keep them functional, clean, and free from debris. This is an outdoor, labor-intensive job involving tools, hardware, chemicals, and other items. The schedule is part-time, consisting of three five-hour shifts per week on flexible days, up to 24 hours per week. The position pays $20.00 per hour and offers a monthly phone stipend, a monthly mileage stipend, an employee discount, on-the-job training, and promotion opportunities. Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Groundskeeping or maintenance experience.
Experience utilizing hand and power tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.
Ability to work outdoors in urban and rural environments.
Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives.
