GROUNDSKEEPER
About The Position
This position reports to, and is under, the direction of the TBN Nashville Maintenance/Grounds Supervisor. Candidate must work well unsupervised as well as with other maintenance team members, follow directions well, ability to limit phone use to lunch/breaks. Responsibilities include mowing and weed eating property, trimming hedges, spraying for weeds, flower bed maintenance, leaf removal, pressure washing, and other items as instructed by Maintenance/Grounds Supervisor. This is a full-time, hourly position, with paid time off and medical, dental, and vision benefits; hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, firm.
Requirements
- Valid/current driver license
- Full knowledge of maintenance/care - and proficient in the operations - of groundskeeping equipment including, but not limited to, the following: Zero Turn Mower Chainsaw Weedeater Leaf Blower Gas Powered Trimmer Pressure Washer
