About The Position

Jordan Process is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facility and surrounding property. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and can remain productive with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment, power equipment, and hand tools.
• Reliable, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or lawn maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of lawn care, plant care, and irrigation systems preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, litter, and debris from company grounds.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and utility vehicles.
• Inspect irrigation systems and perform basic repairs or report maintenance needs.
• Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, fences, outdoor common areas, and outdoor trash receptacles.
• Assist with snow and ice removal, seasonal projects, and general property maintenance as needed.
• Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures.
