About The Position
Cragun’s Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for Resort Groundskeepers to help maintain the scenic property that our guests know and love! This position offers flexible hours and an hourly wage of $13-17.00, along with amazing perks exclusive to Cragun's Resort! With a supportive team that’s dedicated to serving each other and our guests, you'll discover a fun and energetic work environment where you can truly shine!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to operate company vehicles.
- Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record to operate company vehicles
- Subject to background check
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be available to accommodate a 7-4pm work schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Lawn maintenance equipment, such as log splitter, chainsaw, riding and push mowers, weed whipper, backpack blowers a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain resort grounds, landscaping and outdoor guest areas
- Mowing and weed whipping assorted foliage on the grounds of the resort
- Raking and maintaining a clean beachfront each morning
- Run and be part of daily trash route
- Maintains a high level of quality and appearance in all areas of the resort
