This position will have a strong focus on make-readies and preparing apartment homes for new residents, making it a great stepping stone into a maintenance career.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old with some related experience and/or training
Willingness to learn maintenance skills and grow within the company
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to walk the property regularly and climb stairs/ladders as needed
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community grounds
Assist with building upkeep, amenities, and common areas
Complete make-readies, punch items, and assist in preparing apartment homes for new residents
Support the maintenance team with light repairs and tasks as needed
Ensure timely and courteous service to residents and team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and organized work areas
Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines at all times
