About The Position
Richdale Apartments is hiring dedicated and motivated Groundskeeper positions for numerous Class A & B luxury communities. Our Groundskeeper team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work. Richdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
Nice To Haves
- Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
- General grounds and pool maintenance
- Landscape-planting and weeding
- Trash pickup and removal
- Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
- Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
