About The Position
Envolve Community Management Company is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper/Porter for Middlebrook Trace Apartments. The position is 25 hours per week and pays up to $15 per hour. The Groundskeeper/Porter maintains the property's buildings and grounds, removes litter and trash, cares for property supplies and equipment, assists with apartment make-readies and basic maintenance, and responds courteously and efficiently to residents and property needs. The role requires reliable transportation and availability to work on an on-call basis. Drug testing and a criminal background check are required.

- High school diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean grounds and remove litter.
- Perform daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
- Care for, maintain, and inventory supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
- Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
- Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
- Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of management company and property policies.
- Be available to work on an on-call basis.
- Assist with apartment make-readies.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks.
