Groundskeeper Pool Attendant - Branson Meadow Resort
About The Position
The Groundskeeper supports resort operations by maintaining the resort grounds and landscaping to high standards, helping provide quality experiences for guests. The role involves daily grounds upkeep, trash removal, maintaining clean refuse areas, and keeping roadways, loading and unloading areas, parking garages, and walkways free of litter. The Groundskeeper monitors resort water and sprinkler systems, reports faulty items requiring repair or maintenance, supports grounds safety compliance, and assists with planting or removing landscaping. The role may also assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with employees, guests, and owners.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to become certified.
- Water Safety certification or ability to become certified.
Responsibilities
- Assist Building Technicians and Custodians as needed.
- Maintain resort grounds daily.
- Pick up and dispose of site trash.
- Maintain clean conditions in the refuse area.
- Keep roadways, loading and unloading areas, parking garages, and walkways free of litter.
- Look for and report faulty items requiring repair and maintenance to support site appearance and safety.
- Monitor resort water and sprinkler systems to keep them efficient and in good repair.
- Ensure safety compliance related to resort grounds.
- Assist with planting or removing landscaping and general grounds.
