About The Position

This position will maintain the grounds for the farm, ensuring mowing, building upkeep, snow removal,etc .

Requirements

• 6 month work history or participant of any industrial maintenance educational program, maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to carry out essential duties and responsibilities efficiently, within safety guidelines
• Ability to operate all farm equipment efficiently, within safety guidelines
• Ability to efficiently use hand tools and trades type tools, to provide maintenance of all farm equipment
• Willingness to work overtime and be called into work for emergency situations as
• Required to learn essential farm animal husbandry practices

Nice To Haves

• Strong mechanic background preferred
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairs to vehicle equipment
• Maintain and operate farm equipment
• Maintain appropriate parts inventory
• Maintaining farm grounds
• Other specific duties as ; inclusive of all farm work responsibilities, cooperating with others as needed to complete necessary tasks
