About The Position

The Grounds Technician maintains the grounds and common areas of the assigned property, Chateau de Ville in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position performs daily grounds routines, removes snow, trash, and debris, handles general cleaning and sanitation, and performs paint touch-ups as needed. The starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with a day shift schedule.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Clean the exterior, interior common halls, breezeways, and surroundings of each building.
• Perform daily grounds routines.
• Remove or clear snow, trash, and debris daily.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties.
• Perform paint touch-ups as necessary.
• Collect debris around buildings, in breezeways, around amenities and the leasing office, in parking lots, and in other common areas.
