About The Position

The Grounds Technician provides high-quality service to residents and helps maintain the physical integrity of the Reserve at Hollywood, a 288-unit multifamily community in Atlanta, Georgia. The role includes daily upkeep of the grounds and helps ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The successful candidate maintains high standards, demonstrates a positive, service-minded demeanor, and manages shifting priorities.

Requirements

At least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

Walk the property frequently and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from common grounds.
Maintain the community and welcome center, pond area, recreation areas, grounds adjacent to roads, walkways, parking lots, and drives.
Perform trash-out duties at vacated units as needed, including removing abandoned furniture.
Detail the property regularly.
Perform routine property maintenance as requested by the Supervisor or Property Manager.
Assist with physical tasks as directed, such as tearing down fences and digging potholes.
Assist with make-ready duties.
Help clean and maintain storage areas.
Perform exterior painting when requested.
Complete minor and routine service requests when requested by the Supervisor or Property Manager.
Distribute resident communications.
Rake, sweep, and shovel as circumstances warrant.
