Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the job site
• Must be a reliable employee
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to work in the US
• GED / High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

• Landscaping and maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Mow, water, and fertilize lawns
• Keep shrubbery and trees trimmed
• Clean all pedestrian surfaces and walls
• Perform preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor facilities
• Operate and maintain garden and landscaping equipment (including weed eaters and mowers)
• Responsible for the daily maintenance and care of provided equipment
• Order supplies and equipment
