Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of landscaping industry experience
• Experience in landscape maintenance, grounds maintenance, lawn care, landscape construction, or outdoor labor operations
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience managing crews and assigning daily work
• Experience ensuring productivity and safety compliance
• Truck and trailer operation experience
• Equipment and tool handling experience
• Crew scheduling and coordination experience
• Customer interaction experience
• OSHA-focused work environments experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and clients
• OSHA-conscious mindset
• Proper PPE usage
