About The Position

You will direct daily grounds maintenance operations on client sites, operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, and guide and train your crew members to ensure quality work and high safety standards. As the main point of contact on-site, you will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Active, valid Driver's License (Required).
- Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Leader, Landscape Foreman, or senior crew member.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work outdoors comfortably in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Direct daily grounds maintenance operations on client sites.
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Guide and train your crew members to ensure quality work and high safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact on-site as a trusted Landscape Crew Leader, keeping projects on schedule.
