Requirements

Prior work experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) on a regular basis.
Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
Ability to work outside in all types of weather and around jet and machinery noises.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may be adjusted for flight delays or cancellations.
Availability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and holidays.
Adherence to company attendance policies.

Responsibilities

Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure procedures are followed safely and efficiently.
Mentor and coach agents and leads, and conduct on-the-job training.
Guide inbound and outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
Transport, load, and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
Be on time, prepared, and safe.
Assist with creating and managing staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as required to meet operational needs.
