About The Position
This position is responsible for providing guidance and ensuring compliance with management directives to the Team Members on a daily basis in the Ground Dark Meat Area. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
- Receive training as required
- Perform various positions as required/assigned
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with management directives to Team Members
- Assist, train, and encourage Team Members
- Set up production line(s)
- Ensure line(s) are running properly and in control per company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on machines
- Maintain good housekeeping in the Ground Dark Meat area
- Complete each job in the Ground Dark Meat area
- Complete various log sheets
- Monitor condemned pounds and notify Management
- Perform glaze checks and notify Management of any changes
