About The Position

Milam’s Markets is hiring a dependable, hardworking Grocery Stock Clerk for its Sunny Isles Beach store. The role supports a fast-paced neighborhood grocery store by keeping shelves stocked, organized, and ready for customers. The position involves working on the sales floor and in backroom areas, staying on your feet throughout the shift, and stocking and organizing products in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities may vary based on business needs, store location, or operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service.
• Stock and rotate products according to company standards.
• Maintain shelf organization and planograms.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing the stockroom.
• Clean and maintain sales floor and backroom areas.
• Operate backroom equipment safely, including pallet jacks and balers.
• Assist other departments as needed.
