About The Position

Field Force Merchandising is seeking part-time retail service merchandisers for ongoing programs in major retail chains. This is a permanent, part-time independent contractor position requiring one service call per week. Service visits must be completed on Wednesday, as specified by the client, and are estimated to take 30–60 minutes in-store. Merchandisers will service self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units by changing out point-of-sale (POS) materials, changing out POS materials and product during promotional visits, stocking units, and verifying that units are functioning properly.

Requirements

• Be detail-oriented and able to follow project instructions, provide exceptional service, and report accurate data and photos.
• Ability to build positive relationships with Department Managers, Associates, and the Store Management Team.
• Have a phone for taking photos of completed work and uploading photos to the service call report.
• Complete visits by the cycle end date and report work on the same day as service.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of merchandising and/or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete one service call per week, with visits performed on Wednesday.
• Change out POS materials on self-standing refrigeration and/or freezer units.

• Complete service visits by the end date of the cycle and report the work on the same day as the service.
